Nick’s work balances the full range of commercial litigation, encompassing real estate litigation, shareholder disputes, breach of warranty claims and the enforcement of restrictive covenants in employment claims.

 

He has dealt with a real variety of commercial contract disputes, professional negligence Claims, disputes with commercial agents, passing off claim, breach of copyright and patent actions including revocation proceedings.

 

He has been on both sides of many claims in the Chancery and Queens Bench Divisions of the High Court and is familiar with the workings of the Commercial Court having had the dubious pleasure of dealing with an expedited trial in the venue.  Nick also has a strong working knowledge of defamation.
