Position

Tron is a recognized employment law adviser to Norwegian and international companies. He has litigated a number of cases concerning labour law and pensions and is admitted to the bar of the Supreme Court. Tron is also the author of the Norwegian Law Commentary on the Working Environment Act and he has written a book on Seamen’s Law. He has experience from several industries, including oil and offshore, shipping and aviation. Recently, Tron has worked with restructuring processes, litigation and conflict management within the field of labor law. He was appointed as an expert member of the whistle blowing committee.
