Ms Nora Offergelt
Position
Practical in her approach, Nora’s expertise focuses on equity capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments.
Furthermore, Nora provides advice on general corporate law and matters of corporate governance. In addition, her experience includes banking and finance transactions such as syndicated lending, acquisition finance and debt capital market transactions. She handled such matters whilst at our London office between 2014 – 2016.
She has a Master of Civil Law (LL.M.) (2010) from Leiden University and a Master of European Private Law (LL.M.) (2011) from University of Amsterdam.
