Hans Jørgen Bender is a specialist in employment law. He assists Norwegian and international businesses in all types of employment law issues. He also has experience in litigating employment law cases. He has extensive experience in drafting share incentive schemes, bonus schemes, non-competition and non-recruitment clauses, in addition to advising on matters of employee breach of loyalty.

Hans Jørgen has led both major and minor due diligence processes, as well as leading and carrying out investigation assignments. Hans Jørgen’s previous experience as a police lawyer and state attorney gives him a particular advantage in handling investigation and trial assignments.
