Anita Schläpfer is a partner in Schellenberg Wittmer’s Banking and Finance Group in Zurich. Her focus is on banking and finance law, finance transactions, asset/investment management, collective investment schemes, and financial services regulation. She specializes in advising Swiss and international financial institutions and corporate clients on the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of domestic and cross-border acquisition finance and syndicated-lending transactions, securitizations, and other finance transactions and corporate matters. She also assists clients with all questions in connection with asset/investment management, onshore and offshore collective investment schemes and other financial products, including licensing and distribution-related issues and provides regulatory and transactional advice for technology driven solutions and providers in the financial services industry (Fintech).
