Career

Jeppe Songer Møller is a partner in Schjødt’s IP and Technology department. His principal areas of work are data protection, cybersecurity, digital rights, licensing, and disputes and appeals for supervisory authorities.

Jeppe is a seasoned advisor to corporate and entrepreneur clients in contract negotiations, large transactions, and industrial investments. He assists international groups and key players in a range of sectors and industries, including IT, telecom, media, e-commerce, finance, retail, and health. He regularly gives advice on export control, national security issues, and foreign direct investment (FDI) screening.

Jeppe joined Schjødt in 2007. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bergen and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from King’s College London. He has worked as a legal advisor/acting head of section in the Norwegian Communications Authority (Nkom), focusing on mobile, satellite, and broadcasting markets.

Jeppe has extensive experience as a lecturer and course leader on GDPR, e-commerce, customer loyalty programs and related matters. He is ranked no. 1 “Up & Coming”-lawyer within GDPR in The Norwegian Financial Daily’s annual lawyer rankings in 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021 and 2020.
