Career

Johanne Førde is the head of Schjødt’s EU & Competition practice group in their department for Trade & Industry. She specializes in EEA law, including the four freedoms of the internal market, public procurement, state aid, and data protection law.

Johanne joined the firm in 2018. She holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Bergen and an LL.M. degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. At UC Hastings, she took an LL.M. specialisation in Dispute Resolution and Legal Process, and as part of that specialisation, she was a mediator in the San Francisco Small Claims Court.
