Career

Stela Pavlova is an attorney at law at Schoenherr’s Sofia office specialising in Corporate/M&A. She joined Schoenherr in April 2017 following her qualification as solicitor and admission to the Law Society of England and Wales. Stela is dual qualified English/Bulgarian lawyer. As part of her transactional experience, she has built up a track record of successful domestic and cross-border M&A deals in the telecommunications, real estate, energy and manufacturing sectors and has been involved in several landmark deals on the Bulgarian market. Prior to joining the firm, she completed a two year Training Contract at Linklaters LLP in London, including a six-month secondment at British Petroleum. While at Linklaters LLP she gained experience in banking, capital markets, M&A and general corporate law matters. Her working languages are Bulgarian, English, German and Russian.
