Jens Bødtcher-Hansen primarily advises on various forms of cooperation within the public sector and the interactions with private sector operators, including public-private partnerships and joint undertakings. Having a background as deputy head of section in the Ministry of Economic and Business Affairs, Jens has extensive knowledge of general commercial law issues and insight into the political decision-making process in Denmark and the EU. Jens has been chairman of the inter-ministerial committee on state aid, member of the inter-ministerial PPP steering committee and has led several large committee projects within, e.g., the fields of competition and IPR law.
