Marianne is specialised in advising on collective labour law, negotiation on drafting and renewal of collective agreements. Marianne is also very experienced in representing employers in litigation and before industrial arbitration tribunals and boards in these areas. This has also given her comprehensive experience negotiating with employee representatives on all issues relating to employment law.

Marianne advises employers regarding all aspect regarding avoiding sexual harassment and assists a large number of private and public clients with general employment law advice, for example on reorganisations, disciplinary matters, discrimination, health and safety and working hours, etc.
