Career

Áine is a Senior Associate in our Privacy and Data Security team.

As part of our market-leading Technology, Media and Communications practice, Áine works closely with some of the world’s leading tech companies on GDPR compliance including on the roll-out of innovative technologies, internal governance and user experience. She regularly counsels West Coast technology companies on their international expansion plans and privacy structure in Europe.

Áine also has experience in contentious data protection-related litigation, take down requests and advising clients on regulatory investigations and enforcement actions taken by data protection authorities. In addition, Áine regularly helps clients navigate engagements with government agencies including law enforcement.

Áine is also qualified as an attorney-at-law in the US.
