Career
Morgan trained in McCann FitzGerald LLP and specialises in the area of investment funds . He became a partner in 2022. His practice focuses on, inter alia, the structuring and establishment of fund management companies and investment funds (both UCITS and AIFs but with a particular focus on AIFs, including PE, property, infrastructure, real asset and private credit funds, whether structured as ICAVs, ILPs or 1907 Act limited partnerships), and the provision of on-going legal and regulatory advice to these structures.
Morgan also advises individuals, investment funds, national bodies and other institutional investors in relation to all legal and regulatory issues concerning their respective investments as significant or seed investors in a variety of fund vehicles.
