Benjamin Bunnage is a partner in Plesner’s Real Estate team.

Benjamin has specialised in commercial lease law, real property transactions and litigation in his areas of legal expertise.

Benjamin provides advisory services to Danish and international clients alike. He has many years of experience of completing major property transactions, including buying and selling large property portfolios, whether in the form of asset and share transfers or in the context of sale and leaseback arrangements.

In the area of lease law, Benjamin has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting all types of commercial leases, including contracts concerning owner-occupied properties as well as office, restaurant, storage and production leases. Benjamin also has experience of project lease contracts, which are concluded prior to the commencement of a planned construction project. In addition, Benjamin provides advisory services on all aspects of lease law in connection with the conveyance, development and optimisation of real property.

Benjamin’s advice is based on his in-depth commercial understanding of the industry, and he takes a pragmatic approach to his cases.
