Career
Julie De Bonnet is Counsel in the Real Estate Practice. Her work encompasses all aspects of real estate law, such as sale/acquisitions operations, sale and leaseback transactions, leases and other occupancy rights, with a particular expertise in commercial leases for shopping malls- and retail parks-owners. She has particular experience in handling large real estate transactions, handling both estate asset deals (“asset deals”) and corporate real estate deals (“share deals”) as well as commercial and retail development projects. She also assists on advising and conducting litigations concerning general real estate disputes and litigations (claims concerning construction works, tenant’s disputes, and judicial expertise).

Education
Julie holds a law degree from the University of Louvain (UCL 2007). Julie also holds a complementary Master in European law from the European Studies Institute of the University of Brussels (ULB 2008). She followed in addition a Real Estate Executive Master at the Louvain School of Management (UCL 11/2013-06/2015).
