Christel advises enterprises and authorities, and has significant experience in outsourcing of IT (ITO) and business processes (BPO) and in acquisition, development, operation and maintenance of complex technology-based infrastructure, including IT infrastructure, train services, tele communication, etc. Within this context, Christel also advises on IT regulatory and security issues related to the development, use and supply of IT solutions and digital infrastructure.

In addition, she has considerable experience in drafting and negotiating contracts for complex projects of high criticality. Christel has thorough knowledge of requirement, quality and price models for ITO and BPO projects and is experienced in managing and coordinating projects involving many participants and areas of expertise.
