Position

Magda Fernandes is a non-equity partner at the Firm. She is a very experienced lawyer in the areas of insolvency and restructuring, either in representation of creditors or of debtors.
Magda lectures regularly on the theme in Law University of Lisbon and on the National Congress of Insolvency, as well as on specific events invited by the Judicial Insolvency Administrators Bar or by the Statutory Auditors Bar.
Magda focuses as well on the areas of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, where she represents domestic and foreign clients in construction businesses, technology, infrastructure, consumer law, media and advertising, distribution, agency and international franchises.
She has also significant experience in family law, corporate law and maritime law.
