Lydie Van Muylem joined Janson in 2010 and has been appointed Counsel in 2020.

Through her thoroughness and capacity to adapt, Lydie quickly earned the opportunity to work in complex and high profile litigations involving various areas of business law, such as banking and finance law. She currently represents Banque Degroof Petercam (together with Dominique Blommaert) in proceedings regarding the public bid on the shares of Banimmo SA, a Euronext listed company, and regularly acts on behalf of several Belgian Banks in “funding loss” – litigation matters.
