Position
Øivind K. Foss has many years of experience within dispute resolution, litigation and contract law, especially within the areas of intellectual property rights (trademarks, patents and copyright), marketing law and privacy law. He has previously worked as a lawyer at the law firm Schjødt and as a research assistant at the University of Oslo.
Øivind specializes in international disputes, and has litigated several high profile cases before Norwegian courts on behalf of foreign rights owners.
