Position

Andreas Hertel advises Danish and international clients on all aspects of securities law, including takeovers, corporate and commercial law issues as well as matters relating to M&A transactions, for instance transaction structure, due diligence, document drafting and negotiations. Moreover, Andreas has extensive experience of general corporate law issues, mergers, demergers, restructurings, management matters and shareholder issues. Andreas also brings a wealth of experience in litigation and arbitration, primarily the handling of disputes arising out of M&A transactions.Last but not least, Andreas is a part-time lecturer of corporate law and securities law at the University of Copenhagen.
