Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has a broad debt capital markets practice, advising on investment-grade debt offerings, high-yield bond issuances and private placements, as well as the restructuring of listed companies and listed bonds and the incorporation of notes programmes on MARF. In addition, the team is highly active in securitisation transactions in the Spanish market. Clients include Spanish and international banks, funds and corporates, and the team also has notable expertise in advising US private placement investors on Spanish capital markets transactions.
