Career

Michał Kacperczyk advises and represents high profile clients in disputes before common courts, arbitration tribunals and administrative bodies. He has acted on behalf of clients in a large number of disputes concerning the largest Polish infrastructure investments, including those with cross-border elements. He has successfully represented investors in various proceedings initiated by construction subcontractors. He has also provided advice on new media law, including press law and the law on the protection of personal property. He represents Polish and foreign entities before the Advertising Council.

He has represented clients in arbitration proceedings conducted in accordance with ICC, UNCITRAL and Polish Chamber of Commerce rules. He also assists clients in issues concerning telecommunications law and unfair competition law.
