Chloé Bouhours joined Gide Mergers & Acquisitions / Corporate practice group in 2017.
Chloé focuses primarily on M&A transactions, fundraising transactions and the implementation of strategic partnerships, mainly in the infrastructure, energy and natural capital sectors. She acts for investment funds, major corporates and developers, in France and abroad.
Chloé graduated from Sciences Po Paris in economic law and from Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne University in international business and tax law. She also studied public affairs and international relations at Universidad Externado de Colombia and worked at the economic department of the French Embassy in Colombia.
