Career

Having joint DS Avocats in 2005, Michaël Moussault is now a partner in the Urban Planning Department and manages the Real Estate Development team of the firm.

Michaël is a specialist in property law. In particular, he advises on questions relating to land acquisitions (compulsory or amicable), as well as the management of assets (occupation of the public and private domain), issues relating to the eviction of businesses and relocation of occupants from buildings acquired in the context of development projects.

Through his recognised expertise in real estate development, Michaël delivers numerous training programmes and manages DS Avocats’ partnership with the two publications in the area of expropriation, Etudes Foncières and La Gazette des Communes.
