Position

Catherine is a senior member of Geldards commercial property litigation team where she supports commercial clients with landlord and tenant disputes. She is also experienced in dealing with residential property disputes. Catherine acts for a wide range of clients, from individuals and SMEs to PLCs, international retailers, public sector bodies, multi-site tenants and large commercial landlords.

Catherine advises clients on a wide range of contentious property issues such as easements, possession claims, boundary disputes, title rectification and rights to light litigation. She specialises in commercial landlord and tenant law including contested and uncontested lease renewals, operation of break clauses, dilapidations claims and forfeiture claims.

Catherine also advises in relation to residential landlord and tenant law, including leasehold extensions and enfranchisement, service charge disputes and residential forfeitures, and applications to amend leasehold terms.
