In addition to traditional tax matters, the tax group at Cerha Hempel also covers fiscal criminal law, non-profit tax advice and tax-driven reorganisations. The practice is jointly headed by VAT expert Johannes Prinz and Benjamin Twardosz, who counts duties and transfer taxes among his specialisms. Taxation of AIFs, UCITs and financial instruments are areas of expertise for Peter Knobl, and Lorenz Pracht adds international tax and corporate tax law to the roster. The group acts for clients from a wide array of industries, ranging from food and beverage to technology and financial services.
