Career

Louisa joined the firm as a trainee back in 2017. She is now an Associate and her main areas of practice are capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, general corporate and commercial and gaming law. In 2017 Louisa graduated with an LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of Malta and in 2018 she graduated from the Masters in Advocacy degree at the same University.  In the course of her studies for the first degree she submitted a dissertation entitled ‘Specific Protection of Minority Shareholders in Maltese Public Listed Companies’.

Louisa was admitted to the bar in January 2019 and is currently pursuing an LLM at King’s College London.
