Thierry has been a partner of the Firm since 2001 and is involved in the Corporate Law — Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity departments.

He assists his clients in the formation and monitoring of companies. He equally advises on the areas of group restructuring, capital increases, transfers and acquisitions, including employee shareholding. He also counsels executives and shareholders in connection with their business relationships.
