Career

Delphine Nowak joined Bignon Lebray in 2003 in order to strengthen the real estate team. Within this field, she assists regional and national companies, both as an advisor and litigator.

Her expertise in property law, which has thrived over 23 years of practice as a lawyer, allows her to support clients’ projects in all aspects of property law: from construction to sales, to co-ownership, or easements and leases.

She has also developed considerable expertise in distribution and competition law by advising major international groups.

She regularly provides training to major groups in the areas of land acquisition and real estate sales.

From 1996 to 2002, Delphine practised at a firm specialising in property law.
