After working in leading Anglo-Saxon and American law firms, Serge Rastorgoueff has been advising financial institutions, sponsors, investment funds and medium and large companies for more than 10 years.
He has developed expertise in banking, finance and capital markets, specifically in:

• Corporate finance and private investment
• Acquisition finance
• Export credit and asset and project financing
• Complex debt instruments financing, including with deconsolidating effect
• Central treasury management
• Share transfers, associated regulatory issues, and debt restructuring
