Camilla Søgaard Hudson specialises in all aspects of maritime, transport and insurance law. Camilla handles cases on, for example, the carriage of goods, charter parties and bunker disputes and renders legal advice to both Danish and non-Danish business clients, including insurance companies, P&I clubs, shipowners, logistic providers and owners of goods.
Camilla has vast experience with legal proceedings and dispute resolution and has handled a number of case before the Danish High Courts. In 2022, Camilla gained the right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court.
Camilla regularly assists in international cases and has great experience in advising in cases involving international issues.
