Career
Lars G. Norheim is a generalist with broad experience, with particular M&A and contract expertise, especially in relation to trade (business-to-business and business-to-consumer), manufacturing, distribution/logistics and outsourcing/licence production. Lars has extensive experience with the negotiation and drafting of large and often complex international agreements. Other special areas of expertise are public law regulation (including trade regulation), copyright law, marketing law, data protection, as well as technology and commerce interfaces. Lars is vice-chair of our Trade, Industry and Employment market group. Lars holds a doctorate in law (Dr juris) from the University of Oslo, awarded for his dissertation on franchising, agency and reseller agreements. He has also authored miscellaneous books and articles on contract law and intellectual property law issues.
