He has a long experience in Banking & Financial Law since the early 90s. He has assisted high profiled groups of companies and financial institutions in many complex and demanding cases, such as legal due diligences related to the listing of shares on the Athens Stock Exchange or to various kinds of M&As, financing of large projects and companies by loans of various types, syndicated loans, simple commercial loans, various bond issues relating to all the spectrum of establishment and operation of banks, legal opinions on a variety of complex banking issues, advising NPLs’ managing companies & working on securitizations of NPLs.
