Position

Partner. Kjersti Lerkerød is specialized within construction law and dispute resolution. Se has extensive experience with contract negotiations, legal assistance in ongoing projects and final account disputes within the building and construction sector.

Kjersti has represented clients in both district and appeal courts, and completed and won her first qualifying test case for the Supreme Court in 2022.

Kjersti worked as general counsel for construction company Kruse Smith Entreprenør from 2020-2023, and has extensive knowledge of the commercial and technical aspects of the land-based construction industry.

Kjersti is regularly used as mediator, both ad hoc and in projects with project integrated mediation (PRIME).

Kjersti is ranked as “Promising Talent” in the category Construction Law in Finansavisen’s annual lawyer review.

Arntzen de Besche fields a ‘very capable’ construction team with broad expertise that spans disruption claims, major onshore and offshore construction projects, and the full spectrum of infrastructure work. The team is jointly overseen by Wenche Maartmann-Moe and Ole Skeidsvoll Moe, based in Oslo and Trondheim, respectively. Maartmann-Moe has extensive experience advising on large infrastructure projects, PPP contracts and disputes, while Moe primarily works with offshore oil, gas, and aquaculture construction projects. Stian Heimdal assists builders and engineers with all phases of construction projects, including hospital, public transportation, and commercial projects.
