Partner. Koch provides assistance in the areas of property law, company law and contract law. He works mainly on cases relating to transactions and the establishment and restructuring of companies, tax law issues and the financing of real estate projects, property development, planning and building law, tenancy issues and dispute resolution. Koch has leave to appear as an advocate before the Norwegian Supreme Court.
Koch assists major players, such as traditional property companies, property developers and financial investors, as well as various syndicates and joint ventures, providing them with specialist legal expertise in the field of property development and real estate projects. He has extensive experience of different partnership models, shareholder agreements and models for collaboration between financial and industrial entities.
