Keith Dunn is a Senior Associate in A&L Goodbody’s Commercial & Technology group. He advises clients on a wide range of commercial matters with a particular focus on data protection and cyber security.

Keith regularly assists clients in relation to the planning, drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts. These include agency, distribution, licensing, manufacturing, non-disclosure, outsourcing, purchase, research, supply and technology transfer agreements.

Through his work, Keith has developed significant experience assisting clients in the research and development sector. He regularly assists clients in the negotiation of collaboration agreements between universities, publicly funded bodies and private companies.
