Siobhan Kearney is a senior associate in A&L Goodbody’s Construction & Engineering group.  She has experience in the areas of construction, property development, project and development finance and renewable energy projects. Siobhan has advised in relation to several significant property development and finance transactions including office, residential and mixed-use developments, student accommodation, hotels/aparthotels, retail developments and pharmaceutical, life sciences and agri/food plants. Siobhan also regularly advises on the development and finance of healthcare, and medical facilities, industrial, logistical, and distribution centres and warehouses, and data centres and energy generation centres.
