Sinéad O’ Connor is a Partner in A&L Goodbody’s Finance Group. Sinéad’s main practice areas are structured finance, securitisations and capital markets. Sinéad has acted for banks, originators, private investors and corporate entities (both International and Irish) across a wide range of banking, securitisation and financial markets transactions. She has broad experience in a range of asset classes including RMBS, trade receivables, consumer loans and auto loans and leases.
