Deirdre is a partner in the Real Estate Department. Deirdre specialises in investment acquisitions and disposals for international investors, along with value-add development and leasing during their hold periods

Career

Deirdre‘s practice spans all asset classes, including offices, retail, private residential sector, industrial and hospitality. Deirdre has extensive experience in commercial property law, advising clients across the full spectrum of transactions, including portfolio and single-asset acquisitions and disposals, financing, landlord and tenant, development and asset management. Deirdre regularly works hand in glove with our corporate and finance teams on portfolio loan sales and acquisitions. She has advised a number of domestic and international investors on the largest property transactions of recent years.
