Allen & Overy Bratislava, s.r.o. advised HB Reavis Group on several high-profile mandates, including the €79m sale of four logistic assets located in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and the sale of the ‘Twin City A’ office project in Bratislava. Dentons delivers ‘commercial’ advice and advised Goodman European Partnership on the intra-group sale and purchase of several Slovak properties.
