A&L Goodbody's London office provides Irish legal advice to UK and international companies, and their advisers, with interests in Ireland. It also assists Irish corporations that conduct business in the UK. Stephen Carson heads the London office and advises international asset management firms and investment banks on the establishment and authorisation of investment funds. Louise Johnston  is a key associate. Niamh Ryan left for Simmons & Simmons.

Arthur Cox advises on¬†Irish law on a wide range of transactions involving Irish, UK and international business assets and clients. David Molloy¬†heads the London office; he¬†specialises in structuring, negotiating, implementing and restructuring a variety of finance transactions. Molloy's experience includes advising¬†Green Property on refinancing its credit facilities, which totalled approximately ‚ā¨750m.¬†Adrian Mulryan¬†joined¬†Market Beta as general counsel.

Matheson's London office is headed by¬†Liam Quirke,¬†a tax partner who¬†is also the firm's chairman. Quirke assists international companies and financial institutions with their Irish legal needs, with a particular emphasis on foreign direct investment, banking and financial services transactions and cross-border deals. McCann FitzGerald's Hugh Beattie is the lead partner in the firm's London office; Beattie is an experienced funds, debt capital markets, structured finance and financial regulation lawyer. His experience includes advising 3i Debt Management on the establishment of 3i Debt Management International Fund and its authorisation as a qualifying investor alternative investment fund by the Central Bank of Ireland.

William Fry's London Office provides Irish law advice to Irish companies doing business - and with interests - in the UK, and international companies, and their advisers, with interests in Ireland. Its primary focus is corporate law, technology, banking and financial services, and asset management and investment funds matters. The team advised Perseus Telecom (PT) and Perseus Telecom Holding Company on the sale of PT, an Ireland-based company, to GTT Communications. In 2017, corporate partner Ivor Banim became the London office head; and the London resident asset management and investment funds partner is Lorena Dunne. The key senior associates are Liam Mills, who joined from Paul Hastings LLP, and Laura Houlihan.
