Pommers and Inita Jurka recently acted for Eastnine on the €4.8m acquisition of two properties in the capital. The pair also advised Northern Horizon Capital on the acquisition of a 7,455-square-metre office building in the business district of Riga. Ilze Kramiņa and Zanda Zaļuma co-lead the team at Eversheds Sutherland Bitāns, which has experience in advising on large-scale development projects and construction regulations.
