Michael Strapp handles high-stakes intellectual property disputes. Michael has 20 years of experience litigating patent, trade secret, trademark and copyright cases before federal and state trial and appellate courts, including in all key jurisdictions throughout the country.  Michael has served as first-chair trial counsel and argued before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

In addition to litigation, Michael serves as a key business partner to a wide-range of companies, including start-ups and large enterprises.  Michael counsels clients on all manner of IP-related topics, including obtaining, protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights.
