Eddy Prothière works exclusively in intellectual property law, with a focus on patents pertaining to validity and infringement. He has significant experience in matters relating to electronics, medical devices, mechanics, chemistry, drugs, and leisure goods. In addition, Eddy is active in the field of entertainment and mediates on numerous cases in the field of video game protection.

Eddy regularly lectures at the University of Lyon on industrial property litigation and has written on patent litigation. He is a member of AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) and GRAPI (Rhône-Alpes Group for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
