Career

Working as a partner with the corporate team in Milan, Federico is focused on equity and debt capital markets. He provides assistance on complex transactions as well as day-to-day issues, working with major business banks and companies listed on the Italian Stock Exchange.

He offers in-depth expertise in equity and debt capital markets, corporate governance of listed and non listed companies in the energy and utilities sector, and on commercial agreements.

He always tries to be creative and innovative in his work, and this is distinctive to Bird & Bird. He studies new legal solutions to match the needs of clients in order to facilitate the transactions in which he is involved.

One skill particularly appreciated by his clients is taking a collaborative approach, combined with a high level of expertise, which makes them feel comfortable.

He has heavily contributed to the development of the capital market practice of the firm in Italy, and his approach to the clients always considers the possibility of the international development of their business.

He has been a speaker for workshops regarding crowdfunding and market abuse, as well as for the Finance Master of ‘Il Sole 24 Ore’ (the most important Italian financial newspaper) with reference to listing procedures/issues and Italian financial market.

Before joining Bird & Bird, he gained experience at three leading international law firms.
