Position
Ellrico Co-Heads the Dispute Resolution practice in PSHP and he specialises in the areas of arbitration, commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, bankruptcy and restructuring.
Career
Ellrico has extensive experience representing multi-national and national companies in different arbitration forums (including BANI, ICC and SIAC). With more than 15 years of experience, Ellrico is also widely known as the “go-to lawyer” by companies; national and multi-national; to represent their interest in corporate and debt restructuring as well as bankruptcy proceedings.
Ellrico has experience in advising and representing clients in disputes within a wide array of sectors, such as shareholder disputes, aviation, shipping, oil and gas, investment, capital market, land acquisition, financial services, hospitality, manufacturing, retail & consumer.
