Corinne is specialised in commercial contracts and transactions, with a focus on the commodities, finance and real estate industries. She regularly advises and represents Swiss and international clients in M&A, trade finance operations (including the drafting, reviewing and implementation of credit facilities and security packages), real estate projects in Switzerland, as well as in relation to venture capital and private equity transactions.

Corinne also regularly assists international groups of companies on all corporate, regulatory and commercial aspects of their restructuring operations, or when it comes to the establishment of a presence in Switzerland.
