Alla Tsymanovska has a rewarding experience in advising health care facilities on obtaining licenses and conducting accreditation evaluations, providing legal support and counseling on the day-to-day operation of hospitals, conducting audits, including checking the compliance of the existing documents with the legislation in force, developing new documentation, providing recommendations.

Alla represents the interests of doctors at the state authorities and law enforcement agencies, as well as at private enterprises and organizations, promotes pre-trial resolution of conflicts between the medical institution and patients. She advises doctors and medical workers on labor relations, professional liability insurance.

Alla defends the doctors, heads of public health facilities and private clinics, as well as patients in civil and criminal proceedings in cases pertaining to the medical errors, accidents, medical crimes. She provides legal support and advice when addressing the expert institutions, including the clinical expert commission, to obtain the clinical expert assessment of the quality of medical care and services.

Alla is experienced in working with prenatal centers, maternity hospitals as related to the provision of medical services during pregnancy and childbirth. She has experience in registration of relations between a surrogate mother, clinic and spouses, registration of newborns. Alla also has experience in national and international adoption of children with the subsequent formalization of children’s travel abroad.

The additional fields of Alla’s legal expertise include construction, management and operation of real estate facilities. Her clients include office centers, residential complexes and shopping and entertainment centers, a network of sports clubs, hotel and restaurant complexes.

Alla is a certified mediator and provides pre-trial or alternative (mediation) dispute resolution services.
