Marco Mastrorosa focuses on every aspect of the real estate transactions, both from civil (real estate transfer agreement, sale procedures, lease agreements, etc.) and administrative law points of view (town planning and building matter), he has also a deep experience in real estate funds constitution and management. He teaches at the Master in Corporate Finance & banking – Major in Real Estate Finance and at the Master in Tourism Management at LUISS University, in Rome.
