Ms. Judy Amidor is a partner in the Hi-Tech, Technology and Venture Capital practice of FISCHER.
Ms. Amidor specializes in merger and acquisition transactions, intellectual property, finance transactions, licensing agreements, capital raising, regulation (including privacy law) and corporate transactions in Israel and abroad.
Ms. Amidor provides ongoing counsel to companies, particularly companies in the hi-tech and biotechnology fields, on various matters, including, mergers and acquisitions. She specializes in corporate finance, commercial and technology agreements, and commercial and technological matters in the intellectual property field.
Ms. Amidor has vast experience regarding regulatory processes in Israel and abroad, and advises her clients on an array of matters, including complicated commercial agreements with global companies, universities, hospitals in the fields of pharmaceuticals, intellectual property, personal data, health data, clinical trials, AI, and more.
