Mr. Fartuk is a partner in FBC’s Tax Department.
Mr. Fartuk’s practice concentrates on a wide range of tax law aspects, including domestic income taxation, international taxation, real estate taxation and VAT. Mr. Fartuk also focuses on real estate taxation, with experience in complex real estate transactions including urban renewal projects.
Mr. Fartuk provides legal opinions and tax planning to both companies and individuals, advises them on various tax issues and represents taxpayers in negotiations with the Israeli Tax Authority.
